Advanced System Care

Remove junk files, privacy traces and virus threats in just one click

Are you tired of slow boot-up times? Using a slow pc can be really annoying at times. Sometimes junk files and log files take up much space and slow the system down. Residual files and other corrupt registries cause issues as well. Malware and viruses are another cause of the same problem, sometimes malware can make your computer totally inaccessible. In order to save yourself from all these miseries, let’s take a look at solution that is Advanced System Care.

Advanced System Care is a free all in one solution for cleaning up system logs, old files, corrupt registries and clearing up RAM resources.

It boosts up the boot time of the computer and enhances the user experience.

The new version includes features which protects your Emails from online threats as well.

It has a lot of tools embedded in it like the disk defragmenter, registry fixer, uninstaller and other optimization tools.

The best thing about it is the one click fix, because it has too many options to select from which can intimidate the user. But you can skip jumping into them and directly fix all the issues with the one click fix.

Now let’s talk about the things which trouble the user sometimes. The first in the list is that many tools are separate programs instead of being embedded in the original software and some of them are not even better than the standard operating system versions. They do not offer anything more, sometimes not even equal to the existing programs. The other thing is even if you uninstall the program you will have to individually delete other programs that came with it.

Conclusion

Advanced System Care offers a mix of good and bad as with every other software, but it really handles the simple things very nicely. However it does have some slight problems which set it back a little. The one click fix was amazing and did not cause any problems. Other small optimizations worked really good. It boosted the performance very well and increased the boot time. However the complex tasks like defragmentation and process explorer were not that refined and easy to use. There are other alternatives which are clearly better for the tasks mentioned above. The uninstallation process is also lengthy as you have to remove all items individually.

Best Environments For Using WordPress On Local Host

WordPress is a highly customizable content management system and it is being widely used all over the world. Thousands of users are already using it and a lot of newcomers also want to learn it. But before getting into the real thing and spending money on domains and hosting, newcomers usually want a free alternative. There are many free web hosting services available that let you install and use WordPress but they are slow, display a lot of ads and have other problems. That brings us to local host development, for which there are many environments and tools available. Anyone can use these to test WordPress before launching their first website and not just newcomers, existing developers and users also use these environments to test and use new plugins or to experiment and implement new functionalities before applying these changes on the main website. Developers are reluctant to test new stuff on their client’s site as it could break the whole site, so they test it on local servers beforehand. Lets take a look at some of the most notable options (not in any particular order) available in the market.

1. WampServer

After setting up XAMPP you can select which version of PHP you want to run or when to start/pause your Apache server. XAMPP allows user to dive deep and gives access to all services in detail.

3. MAMP

MAMP stands for Macintosh, Apache, MySQL, PHP. It has similar functionality like XAMPP. It uses Mac as the operating system, Apache as the web server, MySQL for databases, and PHP for web server modules. It offers support for other web languages too like Python, Perl and Ruby. It also allows the user to use Nginx. MAMP is available for Mac and Windows. MAMP is free but it also has a pro version which can be purchased on their site and has a starting price of 79$. It is easy to use and one can easily setup WordPress in a matter of few clicks. There are a lot of ads on the free version which are annoying sometimes but there’s always the option of moving towards the paid version. The pro version has installers for different applications which makes it very easy to install packages for example the WordPress installer. You can select which ever version of the services you want to run like the old versions of PHP.

Conclusion

To conclude, it really depends on your operating system and your preferences. Google versus Huawei; More like the United States versus China

The race of global dominance and supremacy is not unknown to this world. Long before the industrial revolution, nations fought over territory, resources, food, religion and the list goes on to the trivial reasons one can imagine today. As the world progressed, the magnitude of such conflicts amplified, involving more and more people. History bears witness today to the wrangling of countries in an unending feud over industrial, scientific, racial, and more recently, technological fields.

Since the start of the year 2018, People’s Republic of China and the United States of America have come at par with each other over the placement of taxes on imports and exports between the two countries. Before even taking the office, US President Donald Trump had been actively speaking against “China’s long-time abuse of the broken international system and unfair practices”. According to the claims made by the US, intellectual property rights are being sabotaged by supporting foreign business corporations to work in joint ventures with Chinese firms. Consequently, this provides them access to exploit the US technology and puts them at serious threat of going out of business from the word market.

Donald Trump might have been cautioned against putting the world economy at such a risk by escalating the US-China trade war as such a step could cause consequential damage to not only the United State’s economy but also to the rest of the world. But, the situation looks far from being back to normal. Curtis S. Chin, a public speaker, author, former ambassador and policy maker, while in an interview to CNBC said,

“It’s going to get worse before it gets better”.

The situation worsened with the arrest of a top executive of Huawei that caused serious threats to derail the shaky trade agreement between the United States and China on December 1st, 2018. Meng Wanzhou, the Chinese tech company’s chief financial officer, was apprehended in Canada at the appeal of US authorities. Wanzhou was alleged by US of supporting Huawei in concealing violations of US sanctions on Iran.US lawmakers adopted a similar reproachful attitude to denounce Huawei by saying it poses a national threat to the US.

Huawei is Shenzhen-based Chinese Tech Company that produces smartphones and other communication equipment. In the year 2018, Huawei became world’s second-largest phone maker, behind Samsung. According to the International Data Corporation, Huawei sold more phones than Apple. Huawei also seems to have been at the pole position in race of 5G networking connectivity.

Escalating tensions at the diplomatic level between US and China, Donald Trump restricted business ties of the companies in the US with Huawei by passing an executive order. While such restrictions do hardly any harm to the tech giant in terms of hardware. However, the recent ban of Google services to Huawei has seriously put its market supremacy at sake. Huawei is being removed by Google from its Android Partner Program saying that access to all services and applications of Google will no longer be supported for Huawei’s phone. Also users will also not be able to side-load applications’ APKs for such services as Google bars unverified devices from running its applications. In addition to it, all other applications beside Google, will not be able to facilitate Google APIs feature such log-in, payments and cloud storage.

Although, existing users will continue to update their applications through Android’s native Google Play Store. However the barring also forbids Honor and Huawei from sending updates to the users’ smartphones. Eventually, Huawei will also not have access to the security patches that are sent by Google on monthly basis before the public release.

It looks as if Huawei can only continue using Android OS on its phones by developing its own version of Android using Android Open Source Project. Also, hinted by its executive in recent statements, Huawei has been reportedly working on developing its own OS as the usage of Android after US-China trade conflicts was certain to happen someday. How efficiently Huawei comes out of this problem remains a question in the minds of its user as it has captured quite a base in smartphone market.
